Autumn is our JAM!!!

Summer months come to an end, to bring the scent of leaf embers, tight leather on chilled skin, and pumpkin spice everything. As most of you know, autumn is our jam. We always do something special on the sacred equinox. So this year, we're going to be releasing a very special surprise on September 22nd via our YouTube Channel.

All the cool kids.

We performed our hearts out last night at The Forge in Joliet, IL. It was a blast and a confirmation that rock n' roll can never die. The two groups to open the evening, Two Ton Heads and The Radiomen, were outstanding examples of our rocking music scene here in Illinois.

First, we want to thank everyone at The Forge, FM Entertainment, Qrock 100.7, and Ticketweb for making the show a possibility. We also want to thank the traveling Wayland band. If they wouldn't have come through Joliet, we sure as shit wouldn't have been asked to perform down there. Now that we have, we're looking for MANY more opportunities to rock out for everyone.

Most importantly, this concert was all ages. We played our hearts out for the most kids in attendance during one of our sets, ever. Seeing those little concertgoers, some of them their first concert ever, enjoy live rock music to its fullest, caught our sails and set us on a totally different course. We now understand why we do what we do.

This is all a means to keep rock music alive and breathing for generations to come. So from our newly filled joyous and purposeful hearts we would like to thank:

The two brothers: Who told us that we were AWESOME, and that "LOUD" is the way Matthew sings. Also, purveyors of the "Fortnight" (Am I spelling this correctly?) style mosh pit.

The girl in the front row: Who could not stop rocking out. This young lady was most obviously enjoying music far more than any adult in the room.

To any of the other kiddos that were at the show last night, you're the real rock n' roll world shakers.

We'll see you again soon Joliet. Keep it real!

We're giving out the password for our new music to everyone who comes to our next show at The Forge in Joliet, Illinois on June 21st. The target physical debut will be next month some time. As soon as theyre ready to print, were going to debut them digitally on our website, securely. <3

We had an AMAZING time at nightshop last weekend. A packed house, great sets from Jeremy David Baker / Dripping Slits, and plenty of entertainment provided by the aspiring youth of America - meandering through the streets, in a drunken haze.

We're absolutely interested in coming back!

Wayland / Non Exotic / The Radiomen

We're supporting the band Wayland at The Forge in joliet. Here are some reasons that we are totally stoked on this:

1. This will be our first time playing at The Forge. We are ALWAYS excited to hear our jams through a solid PA system. So we get to share our NEW music with NEW people... loudly.

2. The Forge has an A+ team behind it. We couldn't be more thrilled to be working with these great people.

3. Fun! Tequila!

4. The show is in June, so hopefully short-shorts and leather vests FOR ALL!

5. It's gon' be packed!

More Vocals.

Heading back in to the studio on Wednesday. We're pleased to inform the reader that vocals for "Out of Your Zone" and "Cinema for Elephants" are almost finished!

We stopped by Chicago Music Exchange for their 2018 Pedal Jam Extravaganza. It was awesome. Tested out some real cool stuff from a few builders. JHS pedals, Old Blood Noise Endeavors, Daredevil Pedals, Death by Audio Effect Pedals, Chase Bliss Audio, Caroline Guitar Company, Keeley Electronics, Dwarfcraft Devices,  and of course our dear friends at EarthQuaker Devices. Had a great time listening to these titans of industry talk about their craft, and passion for the tone.

In other news, our recording is chugging along. It's taking a while to get any clips or teasers for everyone to check out, only because we're doing it the right way. Each one of us is recording our individual parts, like a real band should. There is one thing that we have all agreed upon, and that is never sacrificing quality in the name of doing it quick. We had an exceptional vocal tracking session last Tuesday. Vocals for "Out of Your Zone" and "Cinema for Elephants" are almost complete. Then we will be moving on to drums and bass.

There have been talks of Des Moines, Kansas City, Denver, Salt Lake City, Portland, Seattle, Spokane, Billings, Fargo, Twin Cities, Milwaukee.

There have been talks of St. Louis, Little Rock, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, New Orleans, Memphis, Nashville, Louisville, Indianapolis.

There have been talks of Detroit, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, New York, Philadelphia, D.C., Norfolk, Raleigh, Cincinnati, Peoria.

Legs for days...

Here... We... Come...
